Who We Are

NEWLEAF Equipment began in 2020, founded by Dave Coburn out of his garage with just a tool bag and a strong commitment to serve. From day one, “service first” has been our guiding principle. Dave quickly recognized a gap in the industries—reliable, customer-focused service, and set out to fill it. That dedication naturally grew into sales, driven by trust and results.

Core Values

Integrity & Grit

We lead with honesty, humility, and respect. We don’t shy away from hard work — we embrace it, knowing that growth and learning happen when things get tough. We do what is required to get the job done.

Commitment to Quality

We take pride in doing things right — every detail, every time. We are guided by quality, not cost-cutting. It’s not about how much; it’s about how well.

Long-Term Relationships

We build relationships that last, grounded in trust and collaboration. Every decision we make reflects our commitment to our partners' best interests.

Innovative Mindset

We challenge the status quo. With curiosity and creativity, we constantly seek better solutions and raise the standard across every industry we serve.

Healthy Culture

We cultivate a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. We encourage entrepreneurial thinking and invest in people so they can thrive both personally and professionally.

Upfront Communication

We communicate with clarity and transparency. Whether with our team or our partners, we keep things simple, open, and aligned to ensure success every step of the way.

Newleaf Mission Statement

Newleaf exists to elevate service for the people who rely on us and those who partner with us. We are dedicated to doing business differently, grounded in integrity, transparency, and a genuine respect for change. We believe service should be driven by a commitment to building lasting success for the future of our industries.

Newleaf Vision Statement

To be the trusted leader in service excellence so good that even a chicken would cross the road just to have a beer with us.

Kim Coburn

Accounting & Administration

Kim is often the first friendly face you’ll meet at Newleaf. She manages bookkeeping and invoicing, keeps everything organized behind the scenes, and is always ready to lend a hand wherever it’s needed. Outside of work, Kim has the most fun spending time with her family and friends – whether cheering on her kids from the sidelines, battling it out in board games on a Saturday night, or making lasting memories at her favorite spot, the family cabin.
