Dave started his journey in the poultry industry approximately 20 years ago. Over time, he has gained much of his knowledge simply through trial and error, which now makes him an expert in his field. His history in the industry consists of fulfilling his previous roles as an Equipment Installer, Field Service Technician, Equipment Sales Representative, Broiler Farm Manager, and Hatchery Equipment Technician. Putting all this experience and knowledge together, he decided it was time to start on his own business aspirations:

Kim mainly acts behind the scenes, bookkeeping and general organizing and is definitely the good soul of the company. She has a natural desire to keep things clean and organized, which enables Newleaf to function and grow in a structured way. Wherever you need an extra set of hands, Kim is there - killing it.

Since Sam joined Newleaf in June 2020, she has been wearing many hats. Originally hired to work in Sales, she also manages the logistics and lines up service and installation jobs. Next to holding a diploma in Business Administration, Sam also can show nine years of experience in the industry, which makes her the perfect fit as Dave's right hand.

Nick is a tradesman through and through. Prior to joining the Newleaf team, Nick spent 10 years building houses and 4 years installing gas stations. He picks up working procedures very quickly and enjoys the installation process of new equipment. Nick especially shines at taking initiative of the tasks that others may classify as high risk. He is always the first one up the ladder or into the boom lift.
