Last year, we commissioned a new mill, bulk malt silo and grain handling system for our brewery. The folks at Newleaf were a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. They were timely with estimates and installation, and have also been very helpful for any after-sales support that we’ve needed along the way. Recently Hoyne Brewing installed an automated grain handling system to accommodate our 75 hl Braukon Brewhouse. We put in a batch hopper on load cells, a four-roller Buhler malt mill, a grist case also on load cells, a specialty malt dump station, and a four inch chain disc system that carries the malt everywhere we need. We also added in a spent grain silo with automated bin loading for the farmers. Dave, Sam and the whole team at Newleaf worked with us every step of the way, from initial design to final installation. They care about what they do, and they make sure everything works as it should. Their customer service is friendly and professional.
